Phryma leptostachya

I am always trying to appreciate different scales of beauty. It seems funny that if a flower were 3" big, it would be a favorite, but as it is, no one notices it. (Besides botanists, of course.) Eastern Marion County, IN

Wow, nice photo Ben. I must admit that I have never stopped to appreciate the lowly Phryma at this level. I will never look at it the same way again.

I too have thought the same thing about little flowers and other small things. I especially like some ot the grass flowers when they are at anthesis.
