This may be a stab in the dark, but it looks like a vine to me. In which case it would have to be either Aristolochia macrophylla or A. tomentosa. Let's go with A. macrophylla.

It is a vine, in a State Park in Indiana, but it is not an Aristolochia.
That's what I get for guessing. If not Aristolochia, then it must be Matelea gonocarpa?
